Which Clinical Research Conferences to Attend in 2018?

Happy new year and welcome to 2018!

As the clinical research industry continues to grow so does the plethora of educational opportunities and conferences that cater to our industry. Clinical Research is a very dynamic industry with new technologies, regulations and best practices emerging every year.

As one of Advantage Clinical’s 2018 initiatives we will be exhibiting at a variety of trade shows and conferences all across North America. As a part of figuring out where we should go, a lot of research has gone in to the current offerings, and we thought we would make good use of that summary knowledge and pass it onto you!

Clinical Research conferences, seminars and trade shows are a great way to stay current on emerging topics / trends as well as polish up and gain an alternative perspective on some of our staples practices. Not to mention the networking opportunities! SoCRA Annual Meeting ( Society of Clinical Research Associates)
September 28th – 30th 2018

SoCRA is one of the leading professional associations in our industry and is hosting their annual general meeting and expo in New Orleans Louisiana. Having been involved with SoCRA as a member, speaker and volunteer for a number of years (bias aside…) this is one of my most highly recommended conferences for 2018.

SoCRA’s annual meeting is a wonderful opportunity to network, learn and get involved with your colleagues in the clinical research world. With well over 100 sessions / talks SoCRA’s annual meeting is the place to be to stay current on emerging trends and improve your best practices.
